For some reason I interpreted this as deep love being random. Maybe that wasn't the intent, after re-reading it.
Just wanted to demonstrate what had worked for me to rekindle intimacy. And that it was teachable.
The book "Conscious Loving" by Gay and Kaitlyn Hendricks is the book that talks about telling the Microscopic Truth. It's helped me tremendously.
I enjoy their newsletter a lot. They discuss in detail many of the concepts in their books. And it's free.

Asides from being an enjoyable read, it provides an excellent framework and guide for how to have conversations about difficult topics successfully. It pairs well with the book "Nonviolent Communication"
These things take time and effort, but they really truly work.

Painful to do in the beginning, but as people get use to your new truth telling ways, they learn to appreciate the honesty.
The book Conscious Loving touches on “telling the microscopic truth” which provides a lot of tactics for telling messy, complicated feelings. It’s a wonderful read and will improve your relationships.
I've done more than my fair share of stumbling (including one divorce) and at the age of 32 only now do I feel like I am "getting it".
Nonetheless, I'd recommend the book _Conscious Loving_ by Gay and Kaithlyn Hendricks.
Instead of the superficialities preached by the Venus books, etc they get to the heart of the matter by having us examine ourselves for personal projects, secrets that we are hiding and other subconscious developments that lay at the root of our psyche. We our worlds truly are in our head and our relationships are manifestations of those thoughts. I finally found a book that helps me peal back those layers and helped me figure out why I had been fucking up over so many years...
"Have you worked on the relationship so long that the amount of pain you feel overshadows the possibilities? Time to leave."
