A short, sweary cooking video in which Nat makes a quick bolognese using simple pantry ingredients. It is part of his isolation-era cooking series.
Mentioned as an example of a straightforward, no-nonsense recipe channel that happens to be profane.

If you're not shy of a few swear words, Nat's What I Reckon has some great recipes that are straightforward. Here's link to his bolognese - this video
From reading the comments I can see it's not exactly obvious what to look for if you're interested to explore beyond what's embedded in the article, so here's a bit of a guide... - How To Make Quarantine Sauce: [LINK] That's the one that kicked the whole thing off, back in Mid March when panic buying cleared the shelves of frozen & packet food. The others are: Quarantine Spirit Risotto: [LINK] - Sin Bin Soup: [LINK] - End of Days Bolognese: this video - The Crowd Goes Mild Curry: [LINK] - Wham Bam Thank You Lamb: [LINK] And if you're curious about the kinds of videos he was making before this foray into cooking: - The Overpriced Boat Show Review: [LINK] - Summernats What I Reckon (at a car festival in which a major component is hotted up old cars doing burnouts): [LINK]
Is this a joke? My 12 year old son would be able to cook for himself if it was required. Of course the kitchen would be a total mess. With instructions like the video below everybody can learn how to cook within a few days. this video
He's absolutely right about the Bolognese though! this video This would actually "pass" on the Italia Squisita channel where Italian chefs mercilessly lampoon Youtube chef's screwing up Italian classic recipes ( [LINK] )
