   The Underwood Dudley article on “trisectors” linked in OP’s article is one of the more delightful things I’ve read in awhile. Being acquainted with a few cranks myself, I always find the energy and time they have to devote to crankery both impressive and sad.

   Per someone else's mention elsewhere in the thread, it looks like Dudley eventually published a book based on it: https://www.amazon.com/Trisectors-Spectrum-Underwood-Dudley/... and also https://www.amazon.com/Budget-Trisections-Underwood-Dudley/d... (whose title was probably inspired by De Morgan's "A Budget of Paradoxes").

   Edit: I think the second book there is actually just the first edition of the first book, and the title changed for the second edition.

   I don't know if Underwood Dudley ever put it online, but at one point he did publish his collection under the title "The Trisectors" (978-0883855140). For every single failed trisection he provides a diagram, a brief description of the construction, and a measure of the error.
