Tangle is a daily politics newsletter that summarizes a news topic with arguments from the left and right, plus the author's take.
Commenters repeatedly recommend it as a balanced, fair daily politics source and as an antidote to partisan media bias.
"Impartial" to me implies avoiding any slant, and omitting anything that is biased in any particular direction. I don't think I want that. At least, not anymore; I used to consume lots of science-related news that would probably fit in that category.
But for most things, I don't want to avoid hearing whatever the "sides" have to say -- I want to hear from every perspective. Sure, I don't want to hear from the extremes, because they aren't going to contain much information. It's all "See?! This proves that [preconceived notion is true]!" bullshit.
I'm going to promote my preferred news source Tangle: https://www.readtangle.com/?ref=tangle-newsletter
It's US-centric and just talks about "left" vs "right". But then, that's all we really have left in this country anyway. It talks about a single topic each day, has quotes that tell you what each side is saying, and then some analysis and opinion that you may or may not agree with, but at least you'll have some sense of the space in which to think. I am certainly partisan and favor one side, but I will often find some sense in what the other side is saying, and likewise I will often find that many on "my" side are full of crap with respect to some particular issue.
It's a good way to add nuance to one's own perspective on things, and to consider deeper questions than you would by constantly trying to justify your side's take on anything and everything.
tl;dr: "all sides" news > "no sides" news
I try to limit my intake of news, and so most of the story I only hear from my Tangle subscription[0] which has had a pretty even take on it. I've been impressed with them, so far, but of course everyone has biases and you have to take everything with a grain of salt, etc, etc.
Anyway, I agree that "Hamas said so" is one side, and it's weak. And on the other side you have the still-standing hospital. You also have Biden's statement, which I'm sure is based on the latest evidence he has access to.
But I do want to point out, that two pieces of the evidence you mention: the misfiring rocket video and the voice recordings, if they're what I think you're referring to, were both released by the Israeli government and have been disputed as well. The video had the wrong timestamps, as pointed out by a NYTimes journalist, and the voice recordings were alleged to be faked, by a mainstream UK-based news agency.
It's quite a mess.

I'd never heard of the National Lawyer's Guild. According to Wikipedia:
"The National Lawyers Guild (NLG) is a progressive public interest association of lawyers, law students, paralegals, jailhouse lawyers, law collective members, and other activist legal workers, in the United States."
"Activists" not generally compatible with "impartial". Some coverage of the situation I found very helpful is available here: https://www.readtangle.com/venezuela-elections-explained-maduro/.
(Edit: Fixed link)
I just wanna throw in that Tangle News[0] strikes a pretty good balance here. Their core offering is detailed breakdowns of what is generally regarded as the top four stories of the week, one a day from Monday through Thursday, which is usually more than enough space to keep you "up on current events", and they usually (though not always) tend to give enough space to let stories develop before summarizing.
They're a good fit on your "one week" timescale.

This article doesn’t even remotely itemize all of Trumps corruption, but it’s long and extremely damning.
I would hope that anyone still supporting this administration reads this article and does some introspection on why. I’m guessing that ship probably sailed 6 years ago, though.
I've started following two sources to help address this for myself.
Tangle is a daily newsletter that provides links to coverage from both sides. VERY fair reporting.
Ground News highlights stories that have been covered by only one side of the aisle.
