A short clip from The Wire, season 3, in which Stringer Bell chairs a meeting of the New Day Co-Op with Prop Joe and Fat-Face Rick. The scene shows the drug crews running their cooperative like a formal business meeting.
HN uses it as a joke reference, posting it in threads about meetings, procedure and corporate behavior.

Sassoon's resignation letter describes the Acting Attorney General (prior to Pam Bondi's recent confirmation) as objecting to a DoJ lawyer taking notes in the meeting with Adams' lawyers, and demanding those notes be handed over when exiting the meeting. this video for those who don't get the reference
STRINGER: Yo, what is that? SHAMROCK: [scribbling on a legal pad] The Roberts Rules say we gotta have minutes for the meeting right? These the minutes. STRINGER: Is you takin’ notes on a criminal f*** conspiracy?! What the ** is you thinking man?! this video

Every time emails leak from facebook/google/amazon showing unflattering things I think of the end of this scene: "Is you taking notes on a criminal fucking conspiracy? What the fuck is you thinking!?" this video
