Ian Hubert's Lazy Tutorials would be an excellent supplementary series once you know some of the basics. They're not a general guide to Blender, but they're great resources. He has his own style of working and he's shockingly productive with it. Lazy Tutorials: [LINK] My favourite guides of his are not in the Lazy Tutorials playlist, though. Perhaps they were not lazy enough: Blender Motion Tracking: Room Transformation - [LINK] Wild Tricks for Greenscreen in Blender - this video

Hands down, Blender. See Ian Hubert’s channel[0] for samples of what can be achieved with Blender by a tiny team. His examples tend to be specific to VFX, but Blender is quite general-purpose as far as motion design goes with an NLE, support for the familiar “expressions” paradigm, and so on. [0] this video
