A short 2009 video of Jeff Bezos talking about Amazon and Zappos. He discusses customer focus, invention and long-term thinking.
HN commenters like his candid, authentic delivery and the lessons on customer obsession and thinking long term.

> Bezos looked awkward and nervous Sounds about like every time I've heard him speak. He probably let out some really loud laughs too. Remember his welcome video to Zappos employees? It was a paper based presentation (giant sheets!) where among other things he explained mistakes he and Amazon made and then shared "everything I know". He's awkward at moments, but authentic throughout. I like his style. this video
I always remember Jeff Bezos' 3 lessons: obsess over customers, invent, think long term. this video I love the way he unfolds his ideas simply and disrupts markets, one at a time.
> There was a casino that let you bet negative amounts at the blackjack table, then lose on purpose to make lots of money! Sounds a bit like one of the early bugs on Amazon.com: this video
