As an aside, I highly recommend the Audible book "Caffeine" by Michael Pollan if you haven't already heard it. It's quite brilliant.
The book itself is well written and short, I consumed it as an audiobook and it came in around 4 hours.
It's a short listen (by audiobook standards at least) and explores the the 'good', the 'bad' and everything in between of caffeine and coffee, often using himself as a lab rat to test theories that he comes across in his research.
Side note: One of my favorite authors Michael Pollan recently published a short audiobook on the effects of caffeine, some of the history behind it, and his experience going cold turkey for a few months. Really quick and interesting 2 hour listen. It's called Caffeine.
Thought I'd share since I found out about his last book "How to Change your Mind" on HN and found it fascinating.
He was recently on Fresh Air discussing the book; the transcript is here: https://www.npr.org/transcripts/803394030
