The Startupbootcamp Blog is from a startup accelerator with city programs in Europe, covering founder stories, IoT and hardware startups.
HN commenters link it for mentor lists and city startup programs when discussing entrepreneur-friendly European cities and accelerators.
Just to give my 2 cents. Madrid is by far the Spanish city making the biggest effort to provide its inhabitants a nice entrepreneur-friendly environment.
To cite a few:

And I'm missing a lot of them. The entrepreneurial scene and the agile people over here are making an enormous effort to bring this city as a true startup hub in Europe, and they've accomplished this in 1 year.
Like they say in reddit, IAMA guy sort of involved in this scene, ask me anything. Lol
Sorry gamechangr, I think I might have got some links wrong..
This was the program: http://www.seedcamp.com/ :) it is the biggest one in europe at the moment of speaking even though I particularly like the hackfwd philosphy :). If you look at their videos you will get what I mean :)
At Startupbootcamp istead they define themselves as a mentorship based program: http://www.startupbootcamp.org/details/
