Kailash Nadh, CTO of Zerodha, writes about software development, the JavaScript ecosystem, AI hype, open indexes and technology in India.
HN commenters admire his projects and blog, noting a CTO who builds open source for fun, and link posts on LLMs and frameworks.
I'm a fan of Kailash Nadh's projects[1] and blog[2].
The CTO of such a large company takes his time to make little projects for fun and OSS, says a lot about how good the company's dev culture is.
I also find it amusingly wholesome that his GitHub about says "Hobbyist Developer" before "CTO @Zerodha".
He also volunteers at 2 Indian non-profits. What an amazing person!

The motivating blog post[1] linked from the front page is probably going to generate a more interesting discussion than the framework itself.
As someone who has to deal with both angular and nextjs for different (but overlapping) stacks at work, I find myself increasingly sympathetic to this viewpoint.

https://nadh.in/blog/this-time-it-feels-different/ No shade on the author. It just seems like an apt metaphor for how we get blinded by LLMs.
