My Student Voices publishes essays on learning, memory, math puzzles, complexity and programming education, often by guest authors.
HN commenters cite it for learning techniques like Feynman's, the shepherd age problem and Yaneer Bar-Yam's complexity piece. They treat it as a source of useful articles.
Lots of people (e.g. [0], [1], [2]) have blogged the Feynman technique, which seems to have been first documented in Gleick’s biography [3]. The various descriptions identify the following four steps:
* write down the name of a concept
* write down an explanation of the concept in plain English, identifying the bits you don’t know
* review the explanation, going back to source material if there is something that you haven’t yet explained, and repeat step 2
* simplify the language and rewrite bits where you have paraphrased the source material

Hmmm... It's a problem. It's very much a side project (I only built it because I needed it), and building a demo that works when you aren't logged in is a bit of a nightmare as I'm sure you can imagine.
Thanks for commenting though, I have written about what it does here if you'd like to see before you sign in.

You'll also need a Chrome extension, all very annoying but sadly unavoidable.
I never understood why the Missing Dollar Riddle ever confuses people. As soon as they say "Add the $2 to the $27" I say, "But why are you adding something someone has to a total that people paid?"
That, in turn, is like the "Age of the Shepherd" problem[0] ... people just add/subtract/multiply/divide things randomly without thinking about what they mean.

Personally I'd love it, but in general most people are essentially spiteful and lazy and won't self govern unless you force them, which defeats the whole purpose.
This article gets into it:

it's really hard to know what even are the properties of complex systems - good article by yaneer bar-yam about them https://mystudentvoices.com/why-complexity-is-different-ecd498e0eccb
