Meeting C++ is the site of a C++ conference and community, with news, talk slides, and posts on language features.
HN links it for conference slides, including data-oriented design in Chromium's DOM, and for C++17 coverage. Commenters list it among C++ conferences.
Just a note that data-driven is not the same as data-oriented-design [1].
I was trying to see how Bevy embraced data-orientation, but I think it doesn't necessarily do so, since data orientation is more about reducing indirection, for ex., reducing or removing excessive data hierarchies. I think dod is also related to "mechanical sympathy" [2].
Edit: maybe the ECS part is the dod part? I saw the tree demo and it did not look very ECS to me. Maybe it is just the UI? :-)

For C++ these exist:
ACCU - https://conference.accu.org/site/index.html
Meeting C++ - https://meetingcpp.com (9-11. Nov) not yet announced
ADC - https://adcpp.de/2017/
code::dive (not yet announced) https://codedive.pl/pl/index/
NDC Oslo - https://ndcoslo.com/
Audio Developer Conference:(not yet announced) https://www.juce.com/adc-2016
emBO++ (embedded C++)- https://www.embo.io/
It took me a minute with a few googles, but the TS in this case means "Technical Specification", which helped out a ton with searching.
Unfortunately, I'm still not 100% this is what they're referring to, but I think this is it.

Here it is :D

They aren't that optimized, this small team changed Chromium's DOM to have better cache utilization and more coherent access patterns with data-oriented/SoA and got 6X speedup in some animation use cases:
