Personal blog with essays on recognizing good programmers, building online products, and a series on productivity called Hyperbrain Owner's Manual.
Commenters link the good programmer post and say the Hyperbrain series is worth turning into a book; one reports a broken link.
'swombat' (Daniel Tenner) linked this in a discussion a while ago:

I finally got around to reading it, and it is well worth being turned in to a book or so.
If you haven't read it (and the follow up postings) please do.
Thanks Daniel!

Update about the malfunctioning link: it seems like http://inter-sections.net/2007/11/13/how-to-recognise-a-good-programmer works (removed "www" and the trailing slash). I've contacted the author so that he may do something about it :)
Agreed. I made the same decision/trade-off analysis when I posted my articles about "Hyperbrains" on http://inter-sections.net .. and was sternly warned about it by my father!... and had to admit he had a point too.
Leonardo was the ultimate hyperbrain at work (see http://www.inter-sections.net/2008/08/28/hyperbrain-owners-manual-1-the-big-picture).
