A personal technical blog about Linux, WSL, and Microsoft's Linux efforts, including custom kernels and Windows-on-Linux experiments.
Commenters recommend it for its explanation of why Microsoft is not rebasing Windows onto Linux, written from a former Canonical engineer's perspective.
This really brings the musings of Hayden Barnes[1] on a dual-stack operating system future (Discussed 8 months ago on HN[2]) to reality. I'm excited to be able to tightly integrate workflows between old legacy Windows-only programs and my modern dev setup without having to conspicuously be reminded of my VM usage every time I need to switch between them.

Corel LinuxOS was a good distro in its time.
It had IMHO the best version of KDE 2 I ever used.
Corel sold it off and it became Xandros, which was also a good distro and had a freeware version -- but both are long obsolete now.
