Telerik's company blog covering web and mobile development tools such as Kendo UI and NativeScript, plus general developer advice.
HN links it for technical explanations like the 300ms click delay, Fiddler certificates, and IE CSS limits. One commenter enjoyed its 30 Days of TDD series.
I believe Fiddler does this
edit:
Details on the process: http://blogs.telerik.com/fiddler/posts/13-08-19/faq---certificates-in-fiddler
Relevant Quote:
"Every Fiddler root certificate is uniquely generated, per user, per machine. No two Fiddler installations have the same root certificate. The only way for a Fiddler user to be “spoofed” by a bad guy is if that bad guy already is running code inside the user’s account (which means you’d already be pwned anyway)."
One IE annoyance that might apply here (if you even care about IE, and have lots of images on one page) is that only 31 style sheets can be applied at once.

Because your web app will appear sluggish to your users compared to a native app.
