Anand Sharma publishes a personal data dashboard that tracks his own life, along with posts about how he built it.
HN commenters call it gorgeous and impressive, even from an engineering standpoint, though some find the level of personal detail off-putting.
He wrote a couple of articles about how he build the service for himself and it used Python with Django so it's safe to assume he stuck with that stack https://aprilzero.com/journal/making-of-aprilzero/ (he's whole site seems to be down now, perhaps the HN effect)

When I first saw this site I was blown away. Sure, the level of detail may be off putting to some people, but even from a purely engineering standpoint it's impressive.
Shoutout to Anand for the incredible work.
I think the half curves just represent some form of travel. If you look at March 29th [1] there's a large curve for his 8 hour flight, and some small gray ones for walking to his gate

I like at the end of part 1 where his buddy texts him and asks him if he wants to go to Hong Kong and to meet in 5 hours at SFO.
Must be nice. . .
Ah so this is the consumer version of the http://aprilzero.com site: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=8043203
Not sure if it can be classified as a dashboard, but this one is gorgeous and interesting
